When Jacob got sick the word BELIEVE became our mantra. 

 I have it spattered all over Lavender Hill ...

it will forever be my guide.

A few years later I started to pick a word at the dawn of each New Year -

A word to guide us toward accomplishing goals that year.

Live, Grow and Freedom are some of the chosen words.

Words have tremendous power - 

when one gives energy a word, it gives it strength.
